We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information without your knowledge.

Information We Collect
Device Identifier
We generate and store a random UUID on your device (saved in local app storage). This identifier is used solely to associate your score with your entry on the Daily Challenge leaderboard. It is not linked to your Apple ID or any personal account.
Nickname & Country Flag
When you participate in the Daily Challenge, you may optionally enter a nickname and select a country flag. This is stored on your device and submitted to our leaderboard database so other players can see your score. We recommend not using your real name.
Game Score
Your Daily Challenge score is submitted to Firebase Firestore to power the global leaderboard. Only your score, nickname, and country flag are stored — no device metadata or location is transmitted.
Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
Blastiq displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, including:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA), if you have granted permission
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type and operating system version
- Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions)
You can control ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.

How We Use the Information
- To display your score on the Daily Challenge leaderboard
- To save your game progress locally on your device
- To serve advertisements through Google AdMob
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Section 03
Data Storage
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Daily Challenge scores, nicknames, and country flags are stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google LLC.
Section 04
Data Retention
Leaderboard entries are stored per-day and may be purged after a period of inactivity. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.
Section 05
Children's Privacy
Blastiq is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through our app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Choices
- Leaderboard participation is optional. You can play Daily Challenge without submitting a score.
- Ad tracking. Limit ad tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Delete your data. Contact us with your nickname and we will remove your leaderboard entries from our database.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
